◉If you decide to ask for a commission, you can contact me at my email address listed at the end of this site.


◉Then you can send me a message stating what you want for your commission and have the references ready for your character. Literally, any image is useful. Pose references, lighting, mood, other artworks you like and think, even a silly and simple sketch helps a lot, so don't feel embarrassed to send whatever you want about references :)


◉I have a queue and you can follow the queue by clicking here. If you would like to save your place in the queue, pay in advance and send me your commission details and your name will be added to the queue. As soon as I finish a commission in the queue, I'll start yours on the order of arrivals. (You will be notified of this via email)

PROCESS

I usually work with steps in my workflow and it's about 3-4 steps.And keep in mind that once any step is approved, major changes will be charged. So make sure everything is in its place :)


◉ Sketch step: I'll start your character's sketch and send it to you for confirmation, I usually make 2 to 3 sketches for you to choose which one is closest to your idea, at this stage it's extremely important for you to give your feedback!◉ Line Art and Flat Colors Step: After approving the sketch I'll improve it. In this step I improve facial expressions, folds of clothes, pose and put the base colors. I'll send you that step for approval as well. (If you chose a commission with finishing style 1, here your commission ENDS and after placing the colors, I'll give you the final product).◉ Simple Shaded Step: After adding the base colors, I add the simple shading and some effects. (And if you choose a commission with Finishing Style 2, your commission ends here and I deliver the finished product to you).◉ Rendering step: One step after simple shading, the difference is that the painting is a little more detailed and has different textures of materials such as metals, leather, fur and so on. (And if you choose a commission with finishing style 3, your commission ends here and I deliver the final product to you)

PAYMENT

◉ I accept Paypal and Payoneer. Payoneer payments receive a 10 USD discount◉ Prices may change in case of:
- Addition: Additional character, additional weapons, pet or complex background.
- Changes: Complex changes after approval such as change of pose, facial expression.◉ I’ll only start the work after receiving the payment through Paypal or Payoneer (Full payment upfront if the price is less than 150USD, above that line we can do 50% before and 50% after the sketch is approved)◉ For RPG groups or more commissioned characters at once (3 or more):
- I usually give 10-15% off the final commission price!
- I don't refund any characters that have died or players left your party. And if the sketch has already been approved, I'll at most remove the character from the image.
- I charge individually for each character in the same scene (depending on the finished style you choose for the commission)

TOS

- Once we talk about the commission and I accept it and the payment method is defined, you have up to 72 hours to make the payment so that I can start working on the commission or add your name to the queue.- After sending the image at any step of the process, you have one week to respond and give me your feedback. If this time expires, the commission will be considered finished and your name will be removed from the queue. So that this does not happen, send me a simple email justifying the delay in the response.- I have the right to accept or deny your request.- I do not return any payment.- In my country (Brazil), I'm considered a small company and I need to prove my service to the government, so don't think it's weird if I ask for some data from you to prove it to my government- The best way for you to find me is by email, you can find my email at the end of this website.- You may not post any of the process images, with or without credits.- All Commissions are done DIGITAL and you will receive a High-Resolution JPEG File of your Picture.- Feel free to ask me any questions about your commission status during the commission process.- There is no specified due date for a commission for it depends on artwork complexity and detail level. If a deadline is needed it must be told to the artist beforehand and it has to be a reasonable amount of time. Fast delivery will cost extra up to 70% of the whole commission depending on the delivery request.- If you want your drawing to be private (I won't post it on my social media), you will have to pay an additional fee of $10.-You don't need to credit me if you post the art on social media, but I would be very grateful <3
